There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment.

They've definitely given me helpful lifestyle and nutritional tips. They always want what's best for me. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
