They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. At some of the other places I've been to, the chiropractor had super cold hands, so I was a little nervous I would have to deal with that here, but I didn't at all. I was more comfortable than I've ever been anywhere else. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.

Office and equipment is old circa 1981. While Dr Knight is a nice man, however he is not a very good chiropractor. He was unable to make any adjustments on me or provide me with any back relief, he aggravated my pain and made it worse. He did not take any xrays because he said the machine wasn't working. My new chiropractor said that this is nuts. ALL PATIENTS NEED XRAYS ON THE FIRST VISIT TO SEE DAMAGE. After he gave up he said "well do you want me to adjust your neck instead?". I declined and left. The real problem I had was that I didn't even call this Dr! I had called Dr. Barbara Doreo and made an appointment. When I got there I was informed that Dr Knight was an associate of Dr. Barbara Doreo and that he would be helping me. What a bait and switch job. The girl at the front desk is beyond rude and snotty. I, as well as my family, have been receiving harassing phone calls from his female receptionist,accusing my mother of being myself and disguising her voice. Calling saying I have to have another adjustment and that I owe with late fees for services that I did not receive. I AM NOT JOKING. They are the most unprofessional chiropractor office that I have ever had the misfortune of being tricked into going too. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. If you do go pay close attention to the office equipment, cracks in the tools, age of equipment etc. The only thing new in the office are the back pillows he tries to sell. F-
