The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

I saw Dr. Marc Hemmeke for overall stress and pain in my back. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, and very kind. I would recommend him.
