They were so kind and attentive to me. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done and I was completely comfortable. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.Parking is on site as this is a practice connected to the home.. The staff poerson is very accomodating and great at at follow up.
Literally everyone I've recommended go see Dr. Schwartz has thanked me for the connection and recommended him to others. He's great!

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
