Their office was nice and quiet. I'll give them this-they did answer some of my questions. Not all of them were answered though, and I had to do my own supplemental research. They did not pressure me to return for additional follow-up appointments. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. They are next to a busy business street, so don't let your kids run unsupervised. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. There was a waiting period for me, but I had to fill out paperwork and that took me about 15-20minutes.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
