The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
