Very unprofessional staff and doctor/ chiropractor. I have been rescheduled 3 times. First time, it was cancelled due to the office being exposed to covid -19. 2nd cancellation was for an unknown reason. I had to call twice to reschedule. I was finally able to reach the front desk after numerous calls and voicemails. I was rescheduled this week and called by Dr. Austin Richard today who was very incentive and discriminated against me bc of my pregancy. I have since found a great DC who is extremely helpful. I will be contacting my insurance to have him removed from the list of DC's in network. This DC is selective of clients and will not treat pregnant women. I have tried to book with him since 7 weeks pregnant and I am now 7 months. I good DC would know how to treat throughout a pregnancy.

I hope someone can benefit from my very negative experience and not get sucked in. The office was badly outdated and not comfortable and although there were no other cars in the lot I had to wait for quite awhile. My overall experience with this provider was terrible. He spent more time telling me how smart he had been with other patients than he did in helping me. He put me on a moving table, said I needed Xrays (which I declined) because of the long term damage to my back. After I rejected that option he put me back on the table and concluded that indeed it was just a damaged muscle (which I told him going in) and I was really not in bad shape and ice on the location was the only solution. No adjustment and when I asked about my neck and shoulders he said it was just all connected to the injury and I should go home and ice. So I left $55 poorer for a diagnosis I already knew with absolutely no adjustment or support in any way. What a scam...and obviously when I wasn't willing to let him charge my insurance a zillion dollars for Xrays he wasn't interested in helping. He is quite old himself and has had a recent injury so he probably was not physically capable or interested in doing adjustments... just to get paid for the initial checkup and xrays. BUYER BEWARE!
