The treatment method was explained to me before the adjustment was performed. I appreciated the fact that I was prepared for my treatment. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. All of my questions were answered during my appointment, which really put my mind at ease. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.
