I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
