Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

I have been going to Caring Hands Health and Wellness for a few months now and am definitely starting to feel the results! I have been battling unknown illnesses and pain for years and Dr Sue is helping me find out what they are and helping me heal inside and out. She is amazing!!

Dr Sue is an absolute expert in her field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in her care. I love that she is always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcomes questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Dr Sue goes out of her way to make me feel special and respected, and is very sympathetic to my situation, making adjustments in care based on my needs. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Caring Hands Health and Wellness is fantastic!!
