I visited Dr. Roles due to a cycling accident in October 2013 that injured my left side and lower back. Dr. Roles took the necessary time to explain the extent of my injury, how the spine and and neck interact with each other, good nutrition and a strategy for the healing process. Dr. Roles utilized his many years of Chiropractic experience coupled with the Pro Adjuster Technology to maximize the healing process of my injury in a condensed period of time.. Within a short period of time of Dr. Roles implementing his plan for my rehabilitation I was back on my road bike cycling as if I never had the accident.

During one of my visits with Dr. Roles he introduced me and my wife Trish to a 21 day cleansing process that free our bodies of the poisonous toxins from foods that we eat and every exposure to external toxins. I am happy to report that not only am I injury free I am toxin free and dropped 15 lbs of excess weight. Also, with the help of Dr. Roles and his friendly staff I am eating healthier, have more energy, sleep through the entire night and this past weekend successfully completed my first Century Ride (100 miles) in my first attempt. I am convinced had it not been for Dr. Roles experience and knowledge in the Chiropractic medicine and his extensive knowledge in nutrition and supplements I may have recovered okay but not would have been able to complete a 100 mile ride in hilly Solvang California.

Dr. Roles accepts most insurances and will work with you if you do not have insurance or adequate coverage.

I highly recommend Dr. Roles and his friendly staff.

I have previously avoided chiropractic care due to manual adjustment negative feedback from a few aquaintances. After consulting for free with Doctor Roles and learning about the accuracy of the pro-adjuster and after meeting his staff I gave it a go for a few visits. Now 2 months better, my arthritic pain in my hip causing me to sleep very restlessly has gone. I feel better, and more energetic. I didn't realize the pain I had been tolerating for years was now gone or nearly completely gone, the staff is very friendly and made the whole experience in the office remind me of small town America kind of business. I also had the massage with Carwin and have continued. He senses and works the muscles like magic, I feel at least 10 years younger since starting treatment at Green Valley Chiropractic 2 months ago! Thanks Dr Roles for your gentle treatments!
