I really loved that they offered on-site X-Rays. It was so convenient, and I didn't have to spend any extra time driving somewhere else to get them done. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. Dr. Norm helped me years ago, and since I had a work injury, I had to stop going to him, and go to their Chiropractor, who didn't help me at all. After their shoddy doctors I went to for a year, I ended up having a spinal fusion in the L5/S1 region. I firmly believe that if I would have kept going to Dr. Norm, I would be fine today! I am now disabled and in constant pain. Dr. Rick was too gentle for me, and couldn't really help me, but Dr. Norm, who was a bit more forceful, but not painful, always helped me greatly! I now send my children to him, even though we now live an hour and a half away!! Much love to Dr. Norm! I regret all the time that I didn't keep going to him, instead of listening to my job, and letting the office people decide my care. Dr. Norm is the best!!!

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I have gone to this provider since I was a kid, I am now 40. It takes about 2 hours to see the Dr.-if you are going to see Dr. Norm Ross, but it is well worth the wait, He has done wonders for my back. Dr. Rick Keim is also terrific & the wait is not as long usually. They have been in practice a long time and know what they are doing. :) They will take walk ins, the procedure is to sign up to see the Dr., then you may ask about how long it will take and you can run errands & come back at the given time frame.
