I have been going to chiropractors most of my life and I had the WORST experience here. I am new to Mississippi and was looking for a good chiropractor. When I called this clinic to get a price quote on their adjustments, they would not give me any information unless I came in to see the doctor first. Since they said that the first VISIT was free, I decided to go in. My appointment was at 4:00pm and I did not get to see the doctor until 4:50pm! He gave me a consultation and then an adjustment.

When we were finished, I spoke with the front desk ladies and told them that STILL nobody has informed me on the prices for a regular adjustment. They told me the cost (> $40.00) and said that is what I owe for the day. They did not believe me when I said that the woman on the phone said the first VISIT was free, not just the first CONSULTATION. I was so mad because they did not tell me the price until after I had jumped through all of their hoops. I told them that I could not afford that amount because I was a student and asked if there was anyone I could speak to about the matter. They said no... and were NOT friendly about it saying that "we can't just give away free adjustments." I never expected a free adjustment. I am more than happy to pay for a service if I know the cost beforehand. I was so upset and they just stared at me until I handed them my credit card. Before leaving I suggested that in order to have good customer service, they should inform their customers of costs beforehand... and the lady gave me a look as if I had just bad-mouthed her family.

I don't mind paying for a bill. But those two women bullied me into paying for something that I was not prepared for. NEVER AGAIN!

The only reason I even gave this clinic a one star rating was because Dr. Houseal's adjustment was satisfactory.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I didn't feel any numbness after my visit. They always take good care of me.
