Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They are always spot-on about what is bothering me. I have never been misdiagnosed by this chiropractor; they are an expert at what they do. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
