I have been getting monthly spinal adjustments for about 5 years from Dr. Shay. She is THE MOST KIND & GENTLE chiropractor I have ever seen since being injured in a car accident over 10 years ago in Texas. She is a good soul who really cares about the whole person, she even checks on overall life stress and always has positive & healthy recommendations or suggestions for overall health. She is very careful about adjusting fragile spines, and I only trust her for chiropractic care. She is one of those people who makes a real difference, as I would not feel good enough to function physically without her insights and natural ability to know just how to adjust me. Dr. Shay is WONDERFUL!!!
