Doctor is Out, but you won't know till you get there.
For the second time, we have sent employees over after making appointments, to yet again arrive and have the office worker inform us the doctor is out. The wonderful lady we made an appointment with took our company # to be able to inform us if the doctor had to leave, since that is what occurred at our first appointment time. However, the person in charge today just didn't feel inclined to inform patients, I assume. So, after sending employees 30 minutes out from our location to the office we have wasted company time and resources yet again.
