I felt better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping. As a new patient I expected to receive a full back exam but did not. I have seen chiropractor's before and this visit was way below the standard of care I have received in the past. Unfortunately my favorite Dr has moved out of the area and I am forced to find another provider. I am not sure I will stay with this provider group. The office was very easy to locate.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.
