They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They did such an amazing job at making sure all my questions were answered. I feel confident in their care. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
