Education Dr. Hoesly has been at Bend Memorial Clinic since 1988, certified by both the ABIM (American Board of Internal Medicine) and ABD (American Board of Dermatology). Dr. Hoesly graduated from Oregon Health & Science Univ. in 1982 and completed his Internal Medicine Residency at the Providence Medical Center in Portland Oregon. He subsequently completed his Dermatology Residency at Mayo Clinic in 1988.
