When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
