This was an experience I had never had. I had to wait 40 minutes after my appointment time for the doctor. Then during the appt, he took 2 phone calls on his mobile with me sitting right there listening. First one was for 12 mins and the second one was 8 mins. I have never had that kind of disrespectful service by any doctor before and won't be going back.

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
