Sandra or whoever answers the doctor's phone to schedule appointments is extremely rude and pretentious! I would not recommend this office to my worst enemy. Apparently, the office staff does not care how they are perceived or how the doctor operates his business.

I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They weren't friendly at all to me during my appointment. They were extremely rude and impolite, which made me devalue their opinion and ability to provide proper care. I PRAY THAT NOT ONE PERSON HAS TO ENDURE AND WORTHLESS IN ALL MY LIFE!HIS CRITICISM AND TALKING DOWN TO YOU. I HAVE NEVER BEEN MADE SO UNCOMFORTABLE AND JUDGED SO HORRIBLY! I LEFT CHOKING ON MY TEARS AS HE CROSSED HIS ARMS AND TOLD ME TO LOSE WEIGHT AND SEE A PSYCH! I DON'T KNOW IF IT WAS BECAUSE I AM ON MEDICAL OR WHAT
