Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They won't be getting a recommendation from me.

This is based on a phone call. When I called, I asked if they were accepting new patients and they stated that they were. When I told them that my son had Autism they told me that they are not accepting any new patients with Autism and turned me away because they are too "under staffed" to handle a patient with Autism. As if having a child with special needs isn't challenging enough... this just made me break down and cry.
