Office staff at the desk very incompetent, undereducated. Staff member that escorts my husband into the exam room and took his blood pressure has no education at all. She took a manual B/P that was very high and never returned to take another B/P and reported that to the Dr. We did not see any any new automatic B/P equipment to use. We were pushed out the door not at all clear on the medication for blood pressure my Husband was to take. The office physical plant was very old and dirty.
One month later we still have not had a phone call to sort out the medication my Husband is to take. We are still waiting for him to call back.
