I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family.
