I wish that they had been more courteous and respectful. They used a bit too much foul language for my comfort. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Parents in my community don't respect them at all. They are definitely not recommended by any of the parents I know. Would not recommend, belittles parents.
