He answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Thestaff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. My main concern was that after 3 antibiotics a culture still showed me positive for staph, but the doctor did not seem concerned or offer any suggestions for dealing with it.
