One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I've been looking for a great ophthalmologist and I think I finally found it. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.
