I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.
