They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I felt very involved in my treatment method here. They made me feel like my opinion mattered and carefully listened to all of my input in regards to treatment. I was happy to see that their office equipment was in good shape. I felt like everything was up to date and met safety standards. I couldn't believe how promptly they contacted me with my test results. It really showed how much they care about their patients. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
