I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.

I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. I really didn't like that they didn't have separate "sick" and "well" areas for the kids in the waiting room. I thought it was very inconsiderate of them. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. I need to change my boys diaper, and the bathroom was the size of a cabinet. When I asked for a place to change him, the front desk lady said I would have to wait, and I did for 5 minutes before waling out all together. Nice first impression. Very inconsiderate! I will be looking for someone who actually cares about the well being of my children.
