Went to Dr. Weldon and switched to another allergist for proximity to my home. After 2 years with another allergist, I am back to Dr. Weldon who is horrified with how bad my condition has become. They ushered me in when referred by my ENT and seemed to treat me like an urgent case. It made me realize how bad things had gotten which is GOOD. I appreciated their caring attitude.
Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. In fact I've left there in tears more than once.
