Ive been taking my children to this clinic for 5 years and loved it until today. I was appointed with Dr. Ebers because my son was feeling ill. He was very rude, belittling, and unconcerned about providing me witn answers in a professional manner. He spoke to my Mother and I like we should have already known what he had found, he made us feel like idiots and used his attitude and responses to make us both feel like a negligent parent/grandparent. We had been in the office with the same concerns the day before and received excellent care but a very opposite diagnosis. Upon leaving the room he slammed doors. I was already very worried and left the office worried and more upset than when I entered. I will never recommend this Dr Ebers to any family or friends. No one should be treated the way my Son, Mother, and I were today.
