My appointments get canceled here a lot. I usually just go to someone else in the area because I can't count on them ever. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. They definitely didn't answer all of my questions. Maybe one or two, but I definitely needed more information.
