Dr Zurowski is one of the least patient focused doctors I have ever visited. Her staff did not introduce themselves...which I think is just plain bad manners. I had to wait in the exam room 30 minutes...and when she finally came in there was an intern with her and she did not have the courtesy to introduce him or ask if I minded having him in the examination. When I told her I was unhappy about how long I had to wait...she was apathetic and feigned an apology. It was my second visit...and it will be my last. I know there are good dermatologists in Columbia and I am now looking for one. Her exam lasted about 7 minutes. The second worst exam I have had...the first exam with her was my worst. What do I expect from any doctor...to be genuine...don't feign interest because you are on the hot seat because you kept me waiting 35 minutes or longer. Do a better job of examining a patient...spend more time....ask if they have any questions. Have your staff introduce themselves...and ask the patient's permission if you bring an intern into the room. That is what courtesy is all about. You were very rude.
