I am extremely pleased with all aspects of Dr. German's practice. Appointments are scheduled as soon as possible with arrangements made if a specific need arises. In addition, the office staff are very professional and friendly. You are made to feel like they remember you and what the nature of your needs are at all times. In addition, I believe I have waited once in all my appointments and that was maybe 5 to 10 minutes. Dr. German spends a good amount of time with his patients but is very prompt in getting to his patients. Bottom line is you are provided individual attention by the doctor and staff as well as not being treated as if you are in an impersonal mill.

I saw Dr. German for hand issues and was extremely happy with the fact that he discussed all issues with me at length, did not rush into surgery but tried all other options prior to eventually completing the surgery. When he and I determined it was time for surgery I was provided with a great deal of information, upfront, to ensure I knew what to expect and make sure I did everything to make the process was successful.

After the surgery I was provided the option of physical therapy, told specifically what to expect during the following months with my recovery and what to do to ensure my recovery would progress more smoothly. None of this occurred with a prior surgery (other hand) performed by a different physician. As a result my progress with this surgery is going very nicely as well as my having realistic expectations as to how long full recovery may take and what to do to make sure this occurs. Based upon Dr. German's information and guidance I am progressing much better than in my prior experience. In addition, my follow visits as a part of my surgery are more extended than I have experienced when I have had other surgeries in the past. That is commitment to quality, not just good customer service.

Dr. German and his partner performed a near impossible procedure with success, saving my leg. I'd be a double amputee if not for Dr. German. He's the best!
