Did not accept ppo terms after waiting three months for an appointment. Makes you sign a paper so you will pay more, a lot more. Note, according to Blue Cross he signs a contract with them stating he will accept their charges as full payment.

A 46 year old male I went in because I was was; eating very little, sleepy, and had a low sexual desire. They took a bunch of tests, I was called and told to go for more tests. They never gave me a diagnosis after the second test and just told me I was low on vitamin d from the first test. Because of the way they billed my insurance I could not go back to receive a benefit from all their testing. They billed blue cross for fertility??? When Blue cross denied the claim we had a 3 way conversation in where, his staff asked Blue Cross how to commit fraud instead of explaining what I went in for as was written on the form I filled out. His staff then wouldn't let me talk to him! I did this early in the year so my deductible 500.00, paid in cash, would be good for the whole year. Blue cross didn't approve it until late in the year so I could not seek proper treatment elsewhere either.

Blue Cross then paid the remainder they owed over the five hundred I paid and because of his ppo contract with them told me do not pay him any more stating, "you already paid what you owe and owe no more, don't pay him".

Dr. Valika's staff kept trying to bill me an extra 212.00 and then sent me to a collection agency. My credit score of over 803 dropped to 646 in-where a "customer disputed charge" might cost me over 4000.00 financially. It took me 3 months, 1.5 days off work and 6 hours running around for the tests just to get ripped off. Worrying about the whole thing made me withdraw even more not trusting the whole system. I received nothing for my money, my problems are now worse and I began exhibiting permanent disfiguring features I think are related. Also, I now still have to re-pay someone else for proper treatment.

I plan to seek restitution for the funds I paid for no service rendered. Also, for any permanent health issues related do to being miss treated and by not being properly diagnosed. Also, for any financial issues I might have because of my lovely new credit score.
