My son needed to have tubes put in to alleviate chronic ear infections which might have been the cause of his speech delay. I didn't have to wait at all to get an appointment nor did I wait long the day of the appointment. Plus they have great toys and books to keep kids entertained. Instead of just recommending surgery right away, he suggested we wait a few months given the fact that ear infection season was at least 4 months down the road. He even went so far as to say that if my son went without an ear infection until February, he'd hold off on surgery. Dr. Beste came highly recommended by several friends of mine, and that combined with his ability to relate to my son made me feel confident in my choice. The surgery was fast, and recovery was swift. He monitored the outcome over the past year and we now need to remove the adenoids, but again, it wasn't a snap decision and I'm less worried about the procedure this time knowing how smoothly the first one went.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find. We love Dr. Beste! He's up on all the latest research and newest procedures. He's kind, caring, and calming (with news like tonsil/adenoid removal!). We would recommend him in a heartbeat!!!
