Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. I wouldn't recommend them in a million years. They are completely incompetent and shouldn't be practicing. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions.
