Staff can be quite rude on the phone. I was put on hold for over 15 minutes to reschedule an appointment only to be told they had rescheduled me for the previous day without notifying me and now they couldn't get me in until next month.

I was very disappointed in their lack of assistance in ordering both contacts and glasses. The office help was rude, loud, and lacked compassion. They are not customer-friendly nor advocates for the patient. I will be moving my prescription and business elsewhere.
