We modified my son's diet according to his allergy test results and Dr, Brooke's advice, but he got very sick after we did that. She did not seem familiar with his condition (eosinophilic esophagitis), so we changed doctors. When I called the billing dept to bill secondary insurance and reimburse me for a large bill I had already paid, the staff was very rude. The office manager was condescending and would not work with me in any way, even though other providers were very cooperative in the same situation with this supplemental coverage. There was no compassion whatsoever. No "I'm really sorry, I wish I could help you, but here's why I can't..." Just "it's not our policy" and bad attitude. Will NEVER go here or recommend this place again.

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. Their primary concern is what's best for my son, and they only give me the advice that would benefit him the most. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
