The staff is friendly and efficient. The longest wait that I've ever had to get an allergy shot is maybe 5 minutes. I get taken in pretty much right away when I have a Dr. appointment. Dr. Gupta himself is VERY nice, explains things thoroughly and very respectful. The waiting room is large, though it doesn't need to be as there is never much of a wait. The chairs are comfortable and they have a large selection of magazines, sometimes if I'm interested in an article, I go back to the waiting room and finish it before I leave.

Unimpressed with the way that he was trying to push 2 meds on my 6 year old for allergies that we had no issues with. I went to him for food intolerances and he wanted to medicate for a sniffle. Insisted on a poke test which we had years earlier which indicated no food allergies just intolerance. I was angry when I left because he just wanted to push allergy meds and didn't address the food issue that I came to the office for. Come to find out my daughter had grown out of her food issues. Wish I would have known that before going to this office. Tried to communicate with the doctor after the fact but they only want their money. I wish I could remember which friend referred me to this doctor.
