Dr Douglas is wonderful. I am a new patient and have eyes that need a lot of care. He is very thorough kind caring and take his time. He is there for anything you need. I am very appreciated on everything that he has done for me and continues too. I highly recommend this office to anyone. Hhis staff is awesome, very caring fitting if frames or getting new glasses awesome. They take all ages give them atry. Thank you everyone at dr Douglas office. Beth Bartels

Their exams are so much better than other optometrists I've been too. The exam was quick and pain-free. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
