Wrong diagnosis. Sent me for an MRI which showed lesions on my brain. He didn't do any follow up even though the radiologist recommended clinical correlation. He blamed it on headaches. Turns out that I have Multiple Sclerosis. Thank goodness I found another neurologist. He also talked down to me like I was mentally impaired. I in fact hold a masters degree.

Seeing Dr. Marcus was truly an awful experience. He was condescending and didn't appear at all concerned about my symptoms. When I told him I was a social worker with homeless Veterans he said 'if things are so bad here they should've stayed in the military'. WTF? I'm here to get my head checked not to be insulted! He didn't do any tests at all. I asked if stress could cause my symptoms and he said 'No. Think about, everyone has stress'. Really? You're a neurologist and you don't know that stress affects people differently! All he did was squeeze my neck and prescribe physical therapy. Against my better judgement I did the PT and I feel worse than ever. Seeing a new doc now who actually ordered some tests. Stay away from this condescending jerk.
