The staff members are rude and do not know how to use discrepancy. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Every time I am there, there is always a problem with my office visit and why I am there. They don't seem to know how to communicate with themselves or the patient. Instead of trying to help resolve the problem they are rude and just upset you. I would never send my friends or family here. I have not had a decent experience here yet. They make no effort to try to be friendly. I have been going there for 4 years and it hasn't gotten any better!!
