It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Their office was well organized and clean. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. The doctor and staff really went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They were so friendly! The staff was kind and professional and respectful, Most of all I loved Dr. Ebert. he is the type of Dr. that is calm and gentle and looks right into yoour eyes and listens to you.I didnt feel the skin biopsy he took and it healed leaving no scar. He sent the specimen to Northwestern University and I got a diagnosis quickly so treatment could begin. I have referred others to Dr. Ebert and they felt the same love admiration for him .

I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.
