They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. They had some annoying music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician, they were so kid friendly and made my child feel instantly comfortable. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
