After a freak accident last year which pierced my middle ear and left debris, Dr. Cater and staff helped me fight the subsequent infections until a tympanoplasty could be preformed. Dr. Cater die a wonderful job. Recovery was slower than I liked, but I went from extremely hearing impaired to fairly normal. This week I had a sinus growth removed from a very challenging area. Again Dr. Cater and staff rose to the occation. Excellent result so far and very little pain. Dr Cater and staff paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional - very down to earth, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was a little challenging to find, but right I the Anderson complex. I will absolutely return having had great experience with both Dr. Cater and his partner.

Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Instead of just recommending surgery right away I was presented with many treatment options here. I knew if I had to get surgery, it would be their last resort. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked.
