I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. It was frustrating that none of my questions were answered and that I left more confused than ever. Doctor provided horrible care and would recommend not making an appointment with this practice. Worst medical care experience I have ever had.
