They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious.
